Affiliation with Tyngsboro BNI Re-Allocated
The seat in the Merrimack Valley Referral Network of BNI was transitioned from ASAP Consulting, Inc. to NECS, Inc. The purpose of this transition is to maintain the close business relationships between the former management of ASAP and the business community in the Greater Lowell area.
BNI is the world's largest and most successful business referral network, in which members pass qualified referrals within the chapter to non-competing members. ASAP Consulting had been a member of the Merrimack Valley Referral Network for two years prior to the transition to NECS, Inc.

Jonathan Williams Joins NECS Management
Jonathan Williams has agreed to join the management team at NECS to take on the position of President and CEO. Mr. Williams brings experience from various consulting firms where he increased the client roster 300% over two years and raised annual revenues by a similar amount.
When asked about his plans for NECS, Mr. Williams said that he hopes to make the transition for all current and future clients as smooth as possible, and that he looks forward to the challenge of increasing the NECS client roster with new, and soon-to- be-satisfied customers.

NECS, Inc. Announces Servicing Agreement
NECS, Inc. management today announced the finalization of the arrangement to service all of ASAP Consulting, Inc. customers. By hiring the top technicians from ASAP, NECS will be able to provide a seamless transition for the affected clients.
There is no plan announced to change the current pricing structure, with NECS management citing the value of keeping the prices low as a key component of maintaining the existing client base.

NECS, Inc. in Discussions with ASAP Consulting, Inc.
NECS, Inc., the leader in small to mid-size business IT strategy, has entered into discussions to acquire many of the assets of ASAP Consulting, Inc. ASAP has been serving clients in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine since 1990, and would add a strong presence in the micro-business sphere to the NECS portfolio.
NECS has been seeking a partnership to grow into the small business market, and an acquisition would serve to increase the quality of client services to both companies' customers.
